About Me

I am Jian Peng, a second year graduate student in Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago. I work with Professor Jinbo Xu
on mathematical modellings in computational biology. My other research interests include machine learning and algorithms.

I recieved my bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from Wuhan University, where I worked with Professor
Guoqing Wu on formal methods and programming languages.

Research Highlight

Our team RAPTOR ranked 2nd place among all servers in the CASP8 competition in 2008.
