I studied at TTIC, the University of Chicago for my PhD degree. My research topic is bioinformatics and computational biology. I applied machine learning algorithms to protein and RNA 3D structure prediction and genome wide association study. All my citations can be downloaded in the format of BibTeX and EndNote.
I am working on my PhD thesis, as well as working at Google. It is an amazing company. We use lots of math, machine learning algorithms, and architect in solving complicated problems in the web.
I am currently focused on running. My previous interests includes tennis, photograph, Weiqi, etc. My hometown is Dalian, China.
